Name of Blog: myhappyhero - www.myhappyhero.wordpress.com

Through my Blog “My Happy Hero” I am hoping to further support and help those who deal with a ‘little worrier’ through literacy and the arts by sharing my story, experience, knowledge and humour!

My two children’s books (I am author and illustrator) “Go Away, Mr Worrythoughts!” and “Happythoughts are Everywhere…” have taken on a life form of their own and taken me into the area of raising awareness of mental health issues in children, in parenting and education.  The books are based on my eldest son’s battle learning to manage an anxiety disorder, and are a resource utilised by many other little worriers!
